BOOKS FOR THE PONTIFICAL ETHIOPIAN COLLEGE AT THE VATICAN
Educate Ethiopia was pleased to be able to donate books to the Pontifical Ethiopian College at the Vatican (Collegio Etiopico) This donation came about from discussions with the Bishop and the frustration of young Ethiopian Priests not having access to study material to further their education while studying at the Pontifical Ethiopian College. With generous donations from Saint Bernard of Clairvaux Parish (Tulsa, Oklahoma) Peace and Justice Ministry and parishioners we were able to provide the necessary books.

THE CONFIRMATION CLASS FROM SACRED HEART CATHOLIC CHURCH
The Confirmation Class from Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cobham, UK raised over £360 from a bake sale on Sunday. This money will help at least 12 children in northern Ethiopia attend school for an entire year.

KATIE AND HER SCHOOL
Thank you to Katie and her school, Visitation School and Convent, for organizing a fundraiser for Educate Ethiopia. Katie planned an 'out of uniform' day at her school, where everyone who participated were asked to donate $1 to Educate Ethiopia. Kate and her school were able to raise over $600. This will allow over 20 children to receive an education in northern Ethiopia.
